Part 2: Generation Next Changes the Face of the Workplace

1.    Why is addressing this issue so important?  Shouldn’t workers adjust to meet the needs of their employers?

Addressing this is very important; as a student we should know the things like this how the things changes specially the in things we may encounter in future because even a computer programmers can count as a worker as a worker so knowing ths this things could possibly help us to understand why does things happen and how to avoid it.
Honestly as I see now in our days employers are the one who control or choose who’s going to be worker because of luck of job opportunities  in the country many people needs job so if the employers decide that there’s better than you even your 5 years worker you can be kicked as easy as that, but truly workers are the one of the major things why a company or a corporation can strongly stand alone, workers are the one who works and give their full efforts to make a good production but as the technology up rise and things go changed workers need to follow the flow of changes brought by modernity in order to be more better and more productive one and also to follow the changing  demands of the costumers or people.

2.  What can employers who can’t afford such extensive programs as the Deloitte organization do to address the changing preferences of their younger workers?  What would you like to see your employer or prospective employer do to address your wants and needs to retain you?

For me a good salary is enough I want a simple living I don’t want making my self complicated but for the employers I can suggest that even they can’t provide the things that the workers want as long as workers feels that they’re treated well and they are valued I think it can suffice them to stay.

How you understand and expect human behavior to become ideal when it comes to organization?

Human behavior is a relationship in an organization where people enhance their self to become a better person and produce a better works in a society…
Human behavior teach you how society flows and how to be a good person in other people… you will know to control yourself and to be efficient citizen in a society …

Human behavior is way of how people make an improvement for their self in order to have a better living.

Human Resource Management (HRM)

For me simple meaning to define human resource management its a study of how people act in a society and do their job or works in a better way that person could do.

Living life in a pattern in order to make a better living….

Personal Profile

The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own. No apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on, or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins

I exist for about 18 years here on earth without knowing how to be a good human resource in our world and still I don’t know what is the good for me but for now being in the process of finding myself, all I know is to achieve all my goals in my life with all my heart, and most of all do it with God beside my side.

I haven't a clue as to how my story will end. But that's all right. When you set out on a journey and night covers the road, you don't conclude the road has vanished.
